Questions and Answers

Q1. Do I have to pay for shipping? No, there is no charge for shipping.

Q2. How long does it take for the SIM card to arrive? It should take 3 to 7 business days.

Q3. Where is my order? If you haven’t received your SIM card within 8 business days, please check your email receipt to ensure the mailing address is correct. You can either order another SIM online or email us at webstore@publicmobile.ca

Q4. How do I activate the handset or my phone with the new SIM card you have sent me? You can activate your SIM card at activate.publicmobile.ca  where there are step by step instructions. You can learn about using online activation by visiting Public Mobile's online community.

Q5. How do I insert the SIM card into my handset? Because phones differ in construction and how to access your SIM port, the best way to find this information is through your phone’s user manual or you can post a question on Public Mobile’s community

Q6. What happens if I can’t get my SIM card to work or it is the incorrect size? If your SIM card is defective or if you ordered the wrong sized SIM and it doesn’t fit your phone, please come back and order another at publicmobile.ca/shop

Q7. Why would my order be rejected? Your order will be rejected if you have a shipping address outside of Ontario or Quebec as we can only provide phone numbers within the Greater Montreal and Greater Toronto regions.
